Spinning
The most intense class in the gym. Explosive intervals on a stationary bike that lift your performance, burn fat and test your limits.

What is Spinning?
Spinning is an indoor cycling discipline that uses high-intensity intervals (HIIT) to maximise calorie burn and build power. Unlike Indoor Cycle, Spinning puts the focus on speed and extreme endurance.
Classes alternate between explosive sprints, mountain climbs with heavy resistance and phases of active recovery. The variety of stimulus stops the body adapting and keeps the calorie burn high.
It is one of the highest calorie-burning activities per hour in any gym.
If you want fast results and you like intensity, Spinning is your class.
Who it is for
What Spinning does for you
Maximum calorie burn
Spinning's HIIT intervals keep your metabolism firing for hours after the class.
Builds cardiovascular stamina
Alternating high and low intensity improves both aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
Tones legs and core
Quads, hamstrings, glutes and abs work constantly through the whole class.
Low joint impact
Unlike running or jumping, Spinning does not damage knees or joints.
Builds muscular power
Sprints and heavy resistance develop leg power progressively.
Cuts stress
The intensity and the music make for a complete release of physical and mental tension.
