Muay Thai
The martial art of the 8 limbs. Technique, discipline and a complete physical workout with roots in Thailand, for every level.

What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai, known as “the art of the 8 limbs”, is a Thai martial art that uses fists, elbows, knees and legs as weapons of attack and defence.
The class combines technique (strikes, defences, footwork), pad work and conditioning, in a workout that demands and builds strength, stamina, flexibility and coordination in equal measure.
You need no previous experience and no intention of competing: most students train Muay Thai as a demanding, complete way of getting fit.
Every strike is technique, every round is stamina, and every class leaves you feeling you really trained.
